In the past 12 months Phones 4u have invested over £3million in the training
and development of our staff and a further investment of over £5million is planned for 2009.
As a result of the positive feedback we receive from our customers every single day, we’ve received a number of awards from respected independent and industry-specific surveys.
In 2008, Phones 4u won the award for 'Best Retailer in the UK' at the Mobile Industry Awards 2008, and was awarded 'Best Online Retailer' at the 2009 Mobile News Awards. In August 2008, we were recognised among other mobile retailers as demonstrating the most empathy and understanding towards our customers in the Harding and Yorke 2008 ERIC league table (the award used by the industry to measure this stuff!).
In addition, Harding and Yorke also announced the results of its CXI League (Customer Experience Index) in December 2008, which ranked in order the top 10 experiences across all industries. Phones 4u were the only mobile retailer to make it into the league table!
