Pay as you go;
Our Mates Rates pay as you go plan gives you calls to other T-Mobile customers for 8p a minute and texts to them for 5p each. Calls to the customers of other mobile networks and to numbers starting with 01, 02 and 03 (excluding Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man) are 25p a minute and texts to them are 10p each. Checking voicemail also costs 10p a minute. A one minute minimum call charge applies.

All Internet fair use policies:
We’ll monitor how much you send and receive each calendar month so we can protect our network for all our customers. If you use more than your fair use policy amount, we won’t charge you any more, but we may restrict how you can use your service, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how much.
SIM only:
If you choose a 12 month SIM Only plan, you’ll have to promise to stay with us for 12 months. If you choose a 30 day SIM Only plan and decide to upgrade or cancel your plan, you’ll need to give 30 days notice to us by phone. If you choose any SIM Only plan calls to customer services on 150 from your T-Mobile phone cost 25p if you speak to an advisor. You’ll need a compatible mobile which may mean your phone needs unlocking. Your previous network provider might charge you to do this. If you choose a SIM Only Fixed plan and you want to text or make a call which isn’t included in your plan, then you’ll need to top up first like a pay as you go customer (other terms also apply).
30-day SIM only:
To join our SIM only 30 day plan you’ll have to pass our standard credit check. Your monthly payment is for your inclusive minutes and texts from the UK to the customers of UK mobile networks and numbers starting with 01, 02 & 03 at any time. This doesn’t cover Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. Calls to customer services on 150 from your T-Mobile phone cost 25p if you speak to an advisor. If you decide to upgrade or cancel your contract you’ll need to give 30 days notice to us by phone. You’ll need a compatible mobile which may mean your phone needs unlocking. Instant Email:
If you're a pay monthly customer and have a compatible phone you can buy a Booster to get Instant Email on your phone. To get it, simply call 150 from your mobile, visit one of our stores or go to
www.t-mobile.co.uk. The Booster costs £3.50 per month and the cost will be added to your next bill and then every bill each month until you ask us to remove it. And we'll give you the very first month of Instant Email free. We'll send you a text containing a weblink to let you know when your Booster is ready to use. You'll need to click on this weblink and download some software to your phone for your Instant Email to work. You won't be charged to do this. You'll have to accept some separate legal stuff to download this software. To ask us to remove your Booster, simply call 150 from your mobile. Your Booster gives you Instant Email on your phone in the UK. Use of Instant Email is subject to a fair use policy of 50MB of email data per month. We'll monitor how much you send and receive each calendar month so that we can protect our network for all our customers. If you use more than your fair use policy amount, we won't charge you any more, but we may restrict how you can use your Booster, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how much. If you want to use your Instant Email outside the UK you'll have to opt in and roaming charges will apply.
Flexible Boosters:
You can choose one flexible booster at a time from our current range and it applies from when you make your choice. You can change it once every 30 days, counting from the last time that you changed it. To change your choice of booster, just send us a text with the code of your new choice. We’ll send you a text when your new booster is ready to use.
£5 a month Boosters:
The booster costs £5 a month and the cost will be added to your next bill and then every bill each month until you ask us to remove it. We’ll send you a text to let you know when the booster is ready to use and you can call us to remove the booster.
Roaming and International Boosters:
Calls or texts to premium rate numbers and non geographic numbers (which can vary over time) aren’t included.
Unlimited Texts Flexible or £5 a month Booster:
You’ll get unlimited texts from the UK to the customers of UK mobile networks and numbers starting with 01, 02 or 03 (excluding Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man). Remember that your texts are not for unlawful or nuisance use.
Unlimited Internet on your phone Flexible or £5 a month Booster:
Fair use policy of 1GB a month. If you remove your booster and then use internet on your phone you'll automatically be charged our daily rate, see t-mobile.co.uk.
Unlimited Landlines Flexible or £5 a month Booster:
You’ll get unlimited calls from the UK to numbers starting with 01, 02 or 03 (excluding Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man).
Unlimited T-Mobile Talk Flexible or £5 a month Booster:
You’ll get unlimited calls from the UK to other T-Mobile numbers.
Euro Talk & Text Flexible or £5 a month Booster:
You'll get a booster of £7.50 travel allowance to spend on calls and texts whilst you're travelling in Ireland, Isle of Man, Austria, Azores, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Whilst you are in those countries, calls you make (to any UK or to countries in our six travel calling zones and excluding non geographic and premium rate numbers) will cost 43p per minute, calls you receive will cost 19p per minute and each text costs 11p, see

USA & Canada Talk Flexible or £5 a month Booster:
You'll get 120 minutes to call mobiles and landlines in the USA and Canada from the UK. Calls to premium rate numbers and other non-geographic numbers (which can vary over time) aren't included.
Europe & Australasia Flexible or £5 a month Booster:
You'll get 60 minutes to call mobiles and landlines in selected countries from the UK. Calls to premium rate numbers and other non-geographic numbers (which can vary over time) aren't included. Unlimited Family £5 a month Booster:
To choose the Family booster, join any pay monthly plan (apart from SIM only fixed plan) for new T-Mobile customers. The Family Booster gives you and up to 4 family members on T-Mobile unlimited calls and text and picture messages to each other for £5 extra a month. It’s for UK personal use only and will stay on your acciunt until you ask us to take it off. We have a fair use policty, see t-mobile.co.uk/familyterms. You’ll need to go online to invite members. Organisers and members can be part of up to two groups at once. Members must accept a text message invitation to join the family groupand must have the account owner’s permission. If you’re on ‘Standard’ or ‘talk and text’ pay as you go, calls to family members won’t count towards your cheaper call rate. Other terms apply.

If you use, whether directly or through a third party, any device to route or re-route voice, text messages or others services on, from or to the network or you sell or attempt to sell or otherwise provide commercial services using our network to any third party, we’ll remove this reward from you or disconnect your SIM card from our network without giving you any advance warning. You can only be part of one to-up reward at any time. If you try to opt in into more than one offer, you’ll be a member of the last offer that you successfully opted into. And remember, if you’ve swapped your credit for one of our 30 day Boosters you can’t be part of any top-up reward. We’ll reserve the right to close opt ins to our rewards at any time. We’ll give you reasonable notice if we decide to do this.
Weekend Talk Reward:
Opt in to our Weekend Talk reward by texting WEEKEND TALK to 441. We’ll send you a text to let you know it’s worked. We’ll send you a text to let you know you’ve earned the reward and when your free minutes start. Use your free minutes to call from the UK to customers of T-Mobile in the UK. Opt out at anytime by texting STOP WEEKEND TALK to 441.
Weekend Text Reward:
Opt in to our Weekend Talk reward by texting WEEKEND TEXT to 441. We’ll send you a text to let you know it’s worked. We’ll send you a text to let you know you’ve earned the reward and when your free texts are ready to use. Use your free texts in the UK to text customers of any UK Mobile network. Subject to a fair use policy of 3000 texts in a weekend. If you exceed 3000 in a weekend, we will request that you reduce any future use. If you continue to exceed more than 2000 texts a weekend, T-Mobile may permanently remove this reward from you. Opt out at any time by texting STOP WEEKEND TEXT to 441.
Weekend Credit:
Opt in to our Weekend Credit reward by texting WEEKEND CREDIT to 441. We’ll send you a text to let you know it’s worked. We’ll send you a text to let you know when you’ve done it. Your promotional credit can be used for calls and texts from the UK to the customers of UK mobile networks and to local and national numbers starting with 01, 02 or 03 (excluding Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man). It can also be used for picture messages from the UK to customers of UK mobile networks too. During that weekend, your promotional credit will be used first, then your regular to-up credit. We’ll send you a text once you have used up your promotional credit. Opt out at any time by texting STOP WEEKEND CREDIT to 441.
T-Mobile Night-In:
To get our Night In offer, just text NIGHT IN for free from your T-Mobile phone to 3000. We'll then text you back a special code to show on your T-Mobile phone in a Blockbuster UK store Monday to Thursday to get the offer.
