There’s now an even better reason to buy a Wii Fit Plus, the NHS are recognising Nintendo’s game console and fitness games as a valid form of exercise. After years of controversy between the gaming and health world, Wii Fit Plus marks the first virtual game to be approved by the department of health.


The latest edition to the Wii Fit range goes on dale this month and will have the seal of approval from the NHS Change4Life programme, a campaign by the NHS used to encourage more exercise and a healthier lifestyle.
