"Vodafone has announced that, from 14th January 2010 it will be selling the smartphone darling, the Apple iPhone. This means that from the middle of January the iPhone will be available across the three major networks."
Along with the announcement, Vodafone revealed competitive pricing information, with the cheapest option coming in at just £30 per month. Although if it’s the newest iPhone 3GS model you’re after it looks as though it will cost more like £45.
Guy Laurence, Chief Executive of Vodafone UK said that the company had been preparing its network for over a year to handle the introduction of the iPhone. The company will also introduce a charge for users who want to use their phone as a modem – starting at £5 to download 500 MB.
