Nokia seemed to have cottoned on to the fact that more people are beginning to use their mobiles as a way to keep track of their finances. Not long ago the company made a partnership with Visa, enabling people to use their phones in the same way you would a credit card. Following its success, they’ve decided to go one better; a round of applause if you will for Nokia Money
This new technology will allow users to make all kinds of payments through their phone, including online bills, ticket purchases and point-of-sale-transactions. Gone are the days of forgetting your wallet, now if indeed you do find yourself with a trolley full of shopping and no purse, fear not, with Nokia Money you can pay for all your groceries at the touch of a button.
Lets not get ahead of ourselves just yet, the Nokia Money system won’t be released for at least another year. So for now, let’s just enjoy using real money… Who knows in five years time it might not be around.
