1. How do I redeem my Cheque Back? |
You may redeem your Cheque Back by following these simple steps:
We will endeavour to process your cheque within 30 days of receiving all the documents, subject to your claim being successful.
Phones 4u's Chequeback promotion is a Phones 4u offer and is separate from the contract agreed between you and your chosen network airtime provider.

2. When do I receive my redemption certificate? |
You should receive a redemption certificate by post Within 30 days of your phone being delivered. If you have not received your redemption certificate please contact our Direct Service Team at web.orders@phones4u.co.uk or phone them on 0844 871 2234 (Monday-Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 10am-5.30pm) who will arrange to re-send a copy to you by post.

3. What do I do if I haven't received a redemption voucher? |

4. I have moved since I placed my order, can you post the cheque to my new address? |
Yes we can, all you need to do is complete the 'Change of name / address' section of you redemption certificate and following the relating instructions.. Your cheque and any subsequent ones will be sent to the new address.

5. What do I do if I have lost my redemption certificate? |
If you have lost your redemption certificate please contact our Direct Service Team on 0844 871 2234 (Monday-Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 10am-5.30pm) who will arrange to re-send a copy to you by post, please be aware that you will need to comply with the terms and conditions.

6. How do I receive my Auto Cashback? |
After 31 days have passed since connection to your chosen network, then provided that you have not cancelled your contract then we will automatically send you a cheque. Please allow an additional 7 days for delivery of your cheque.
