Pay monthly contract phones only
In the unlikely event that you would like to return your purchase you have a
limited amount of time in which to do so. Phones 4u offer you 7 days to notify
us of your intention to return from the date of delivery (Inclusive of the day
of delivery), and a further 7 days to return the handset to us.
If, for any reason you need to return a product for a refund or an exchange, we
can arrange for the item to be returned using a pre-paid Royal Mail bag. You
will need to obtain returns authorisation from the Phones 4u Direct Support
Team.
Please note that you cannot return phones which were purchased from the website
or over the phone to a Phones 4u high street store.
Pay-as-you-go or Sim-free Phones
If you wish to return any of these goods, you have 7 days from the date you
received them in which to do so.
You will need to obtain returns authorisation from the Phones 4u Direct Support
Team.
When repackaging the item, you will need to ensure:

You have the complete set of product items (including charger, battery, free
gift, (including any products supplied as part of a promotion), instruction
manual or any additional items that were sent to you when you purchased your
phone). These must be in perfect condition.

All the items are to be packed in their original packaging where possible.
You will need to obtain returns authorisation from the Phones 4u Direct Support
Team.
All phones, accessories and promotional items purchased via the website or over
the phone must be returned using the
Returns & Refunds Policy as outlined above. No products will be
accepted in our High street stores.
In the unlikely event that you would like to return your mobile phone (including promotional items if applicable), Phones4u offers you a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery (not including the day of delivery) to inform us of your intention to return an item, and a further 7 days to return the purchase to us.

Your products must be returned to Phones 4u undamaged with all accessories (including any products supplied as part of a promotion) and where possible the original packaging. Just keep your receipt and all you will be charged for is the line rental used and any calls made.
Please note, if you have purchased a pre-pay handset with airtime included, you
will only be entitled to a refund for the cost of the pre-pay handset and not
the sim card and the associated mobile phone airtime credit. When returning
your handset you should keep your sim card as this will contain the airtime you
have purchased.
The card used to pay for your order will be refunded; this can take up to 10
days to appear on your account. The length of time it takes for the credit to
appear on your account is mostly due to the speed at which your card issuer
processes refunds.
