Because you want your new mobile phone as soon as possible, we offer Guaranteed next day delivery on all mobile phones including pay monthly (contract), pay as you go (PAYG) and SIM Free. Order your phone with us by 13.00 Monday to Friday and we will Guarantee that you will receive your new mobile phone by 13.00 the following day.* We will endeavour to deliver orders placed after 13.00 the next day however we can not guarantee this. Orders that are placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday by 13.00.*
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays, for orders placed around the Bank Holiday period, we will endeavour to deliver on the next official working day by 13.00.
Your mobile phone and accessories (if applicable) will be delivered to your door by Royal Mail Special Delivery. If for any reason you are not available to take delivery, Royal Mail will put a card through your door to confirm intent of delivery including instructions of how to receive your new phone.
