Connection is subject to status and credit checking. After connecting or upgrading with O2, customers are unable to move to a lower priced tariff for 9 months. After 9 months you can change tariff once per month, providing that you move down to the next lowest priced tariff. Customers are unable to migrate off the O2 Bonus tariffs for the entirety of their minimum term contract. O2 internet tariffs are available on upgrades only. All inclusive minutes (to mobiles & standard landlines starting 01,02,03) and messages are within the UK only. Minutes bundles do not include calls to 07744 and 07755 numbers which are charged at 25p/min, or calls to non geographic numbers (08, 05) which are charged at 20p/min, except 0871 numbers which are charged at 35p/min and premium rate (09) numbers where special charges apply. Unused allowances do not rollover. Prices shown are for direct debit only, other payment methods may incur extra charges. See www.o2.co.uk for full terms.

Blackberry Sales

Blackberry devices sold on any price plan other than the Blackberry tariffs require the additional unlimited email bundle £10 per month to be applied to the customer's account, if you do not apply this extra charge, the blackberry services including MMS and GPRS will NOT work and extra charges may appear on the customer’s bill. Favourite Place – Unlimited FREE minutes from your favourite place when you top up £30 p/m:

Excessive usage policy applies. Opt in required for Favourite Place. Subject to coverage in your postal code. Favourite Place tariff free calls include O2 mobiles and standard fixed landlines in the UK only. Coverage, postcode restrictions and terms apply.

Inclusive Minutes and Call Charges

Inclusive minutes on O2 Pay Monthly tariffs can be used for calls made in the UK to: standard UK landlines (starting 01, 02 or 03); and 07 numbers allocated to UK mobile network operators that provide mobile services with substantial national coverage (this currently includes the five major operators O2, Orange, T-Mobile, Vodafone and 3, and providers such as Virgin Mobile, Tesco Mobile and BT Fusion), non-geographic numbers (starting 08, 05) which are charged at 19.6p per minute, except calls to 0871 numbers which are charged at 34.3p per minute.

Inclusive Minutes and Message Charges

Inclusive messages on O2 Pay Monthly tariffs can be used for texts sent in the UK to UK mobiles from your SIM Card for private and personal purposes. This doesn't include international texts.

Inclusive messages on O2 Pay Monthly tariffs can't be used for:

Once you've used all your inclusive allowances in any month, messages sent in the UK to numbers of the type that make up your inclusive allowance will be charged at 12p per message. Picture, sound or video messages sent to UK mobiles will be charged at 25p per message.

iPhone Tariffs:

Inclusive data and Wi-Fi applies to use in the UK only, at any of The Cloud and BT Openzone’s hotspots for Wi-Fi, subject to excessive use policy. Personal, private, non-commercial usage only. See o2.co.uk for full details.

Network Migration Policy

The tariff selected cannot be reduced by the network until 50% of the contract has been served (i.e 9-months on a 18-months contract or 12-month on a 24-month contract) After this time the network will allow one tariff decrease to the next available non-promotional tariff for the remainder of the contract period. You may migrate to a higher priced tariff at anytime during your agreement by contacting the network service provider. O2 reserves the right to change the tariff migration policy without notice. Please note that this policy only applies to mobile phones & dongle contract purchases, if you are purchasing a tablet computer and mobile broadband combined product please red 'Tablet & Mobile Broadband'

Customers are unable to migrate off the O2 Bonus tariffs for the entirety of their minimum term contract.

Pre Pay

O2 upgrades - get 10% of top ups back as calltime:

Customers will get 10% of their top-ups back as call time when they upgrade. Based on your top-ups over the last 18 months or since you last upgraded (whichever is sooner). 10% of your top-ups back awarded if you choose the calltime reward and 5% of your top-ups back if you prefer a handset discount. O2 Bolt Ons :
