Orange Terms and Conditions
Subject to status and 12/18/24 month minimum term contract. Existing customers must be in the last three months of their contract, any remaining days from their existing contract will be added to their new contract. Subject to payment by Direct Debit and non-itemised billing. Texts are for standard person-to-person texts sent within the UK. Calls to landlines are for calls to 01/02/03 numbers only. Orange-to-Orange calls are calls to Orange mobiles within the UK. Unused minutes and texts will not rollover. Panther plans subject to payment by Direct Debit. The following out-of-bundle per minute charges apply to all plans within each package: minimum call charge of 5p: Orange to Orange and standard UK 01, 02 and 03 landlines - 12p; Orange to other UK networks - 35p; text messages and calls to Answer Phone - 12p. SMS delivery receipts are charged at 1p per message. Calls to landlines are calls to 01/02/03 numbers only. Calls to freephone numbers (0800/0808/0500) and non-geographic numbers (0845/0870) are not included in bundle and will be charged at 15p and 20p respectively. Calls to 07 call forwarding services and 070, 08 and 09 numbers are not included in bundle and will be charged up to a maximum of 20p/min, 55p/min, 55p/min and £1.70 per minute or per call for 09 numbers. Unlimited off-peak mobile Internet for 2 months:
Unlimited evening and weekend mobile internet browsing: Automatic application of the offer for upgrades and migrations is dependent on talk plan. Evening bundles can be used between 7pm and 7am, Monday to Friday. All weekend bundles can be used between 7pm Friday to 7am Monday. Customers connecting to Dolphin £40 will retain the offer for the life of their talkplan all other customers after two months, will automatically subscribe to a £5 evening and weekend browsing bundle, unless they opt out. Offer not available with Panther 250MB mobile internet browsing option. Fair usage policy and terms apply.
Unlimited calls & texts for life (selected tariffs):
Unlimited: fair usage applies. Customers connecting to selected animal plans will receive selected unlimited benefits for the life of their contract: Dolphin plans will receive unlimited texts, Racoon plans will receive unlimited calls to landlines and Canary plans will receive unlimited Orange to Orange calls. All 18/24M Panther plans will receive their usual minutes & 500 texts combination plus choice of unlimited extra texts or anytime mobile internet browsing per month. After first month, customers can change to either unlimited calls to landlines or unlimited Orange to Orange calls via the ‘Your Account’ section within Orange web portal www.orange.co.uk/youraccount/). i.e. if customers change to unlimited landline calls on 18M Panther £45 they will receive 1200 minutes, 500 texts & unlimited calls to landlines each month. Canary: Minimum top-up of £10 a month. UK evening and weekend calls only. Reward starts from 120 mins for £10 monthly top-up to 240 mins for a £30 monthly top-up.
Orange Wednesdays - get 2 for 1 cinema tickets on a Wednesday:
Offer available on Wednesdays only. Customer's text 'film' to 241, call 241 from their Orange phone or go to Orange World, select 'Film' then 'Orange Wednesdays'. To call or text 241 or 80241 is free. To receive a text ticket customers will be charged a rate of 35p per text. One text ticket per Orange customer per transaction per week. Get up to 1000 Orange texts or up to £25 credit back offer based on total top-ups per month. Network Migration Policy
You will not be able to switch to a lower service plan for the first 6 months of a 12 month contract and 9 months of an 18 month contract. After the first 6 or 9 months, as appropriate, you may switch to the next lower value service plan a maximum of one time for the remainder of your contract. You are able to switch to an equivalent or higher service plan at any time.
200 Free texts on 12M Panther tariffs:
Customers connecting to a 12-month contract on any Panther tariff receive their usual minutes & texts combination (Panther £50 - 900 mins + 400 texts, Panther £60 - 1200 mins + 500 texts, Panther £80 - 1800 mins + 500 texts) plus 200 extra texts every month. After first month, customer can change to either 200 extra landline minutes or 200 extra Orange-to-Orange minutes per month. Customers can change their optional extra via the 'Your Account' section within Orange web portal (www.orange.co.uk/youraccount/). Terms apply.
