Orange Terms and Conditions
All new & existing pay monthly customers will notice the 2.5% VAT reduction on their bill from December 1 2008. Subject to status and 12/18/24 month minimum term contract. Existing customers must be in the last three months of their contract, any remaining days from their existing contract will be added to their new contract. Subject to payment by Direct Debit and non-itemised billing. Any network anytime minutes can be used to call UK networks and standard UK landlines (those beginning with 01/02/03) and your Orange answer phone. Calls to free phone numbers (0800, 0808 and 0500) and non-geographic numbers (0845 and 0870) are not included in bundle and will be charged at 15p and 20p respectively. Calls to 07 call forwarding services, 070 and 08 and 09 numbers are not included in bundle and will be charged up to a maximum of 12p/min, 55p/min, 55p/min and £1.70/min or per call for 09 numbers. Out of bundle calls are subject to a minimum call charge of 5p and will be charged at 20p per minute for calls to standard UK landlines (those beginning with 01/02/03) and Orange mobiles. Out of bundle calls to other UK mobile networks will be charged at 20p/min. Texts are for standard person to person texts sent within the UK. Orange to Orange calls are calls to Orange mobiles within the UK only.
Orange Value Tariffs
All line rental discounts are automatically credited to your bill so there's no cashback to claim. Please note that your £5/£10 credit will be applied to either your first or second bill.

Unlimited calls & texts for life (selected tariffs):
Unlimited calls and texts subject to fair usage policy. All 18M plans £45 and over and 24M plans £40 and over will receive anytime mobile internet browsing per month. Anytime mobile internet browsing subject to 500MB per month limit, any usage beyond this point will be charged at your standard service plan rates.
Unlimited Evening & Weekend Mobile Internet Browsing (Dolphin 40 18M):
Unlimited evening and weekend mobile Internet browsing: Evening bundles can be used between 7pm and 7am, Monday to Friday. All weekend bundles can be used between 7pm Friday to 7am Monday. Fair usage policy and terms apply.
Unlimited evening & weekend mobile Internet for 2 months ( selected tariffs):
Unlimited evening and weekend mobile internet browsing: Automatic application of the offer for upgrades and migrations is dependent on talk plan. Evening bundles can be used between 7pm and 7am, Monday to Friday. All weekend bundles can be used between 7pm Friday to 7am Monday. Customers connecting to Dolphin £40 will retain the offer for the life of their talkplan, all other customers after two months will automatically subscribe to a £5 evening and weekend browsing bundle, unless they opt out. Offer not available with Panther 250MB mobile internet browsing option. Please note that you will need to select an offer that has this deal associated to it within the Orange pay monthly tariffs section. Fair usage policy and terms apply.
Unlimited Anytime Mobile Internet Browsing (Selected Tariffs Only):
Unlimited data is subject to fair use policy of 500MB per month and is for UK use only. Roaming costs £3 per MB in Europe and £8 per MB in the rest of the world. Terms apply.
Unlimited Sat Nav Browsing (Selected Handset/Tariffs Only):
Compatible devices and use in UK only. Orange may provide another service of similar value in substitution at any time.

All UK costs stated are to standard 01, 02, 03 UK landlines, Orange to Orange, Orange Answer Phone and Orange to other UK mobile networks only. Calls to 070 and 08 and 09 numbers will be charged at up to a maximum of 50p per min, 35p per min and £1.70 per min or per call for 09 numbers. Minimum call charge 15p for Racoon package and 20p for Canary, Dolphin, Camel and Orange Starter. Orange Wednesdays - get 2 for 1 cinema tickets on a Wednesday:
Offer available on Wednesdays only. Customer's text 'film' to 241, call 241 from their Orange phone or go to Orange World, select 'Film' then 'Orange Wednesdays'. To call or text 241 or 80241 is free. To receive a text ticket customers will be charged a rate of 35p per text. One text ticket per Orange customer per transaction per week. Get up to 1000 Orange texts or up to £25 credit back offer based on total top-ups per month. You'll receive a maximum of 1000 Orange to Orange texts or £25 credit based on spend of £50 or more in the previous month. Reward starts from 50 Orange to Orange texts or £1 if you top-up by £10 in a month. Credit for use on UK talk, text, MMS and Orange World. Reserve Tank - get an extra £2.50 credit to make emergency calls:

Network Migration Policy
You will not be able to switch to a lower service plan for the first 6 months of a 12 month contract and 9 months of an 18 month contract. After the first 6 or 9 months, as appropriate, you may switch to the next lower value service plan a maximum of one time for the remainder of your contract. You are able to switch to an equivalent or higher service plan at any time. Please note: mobile broadband when purchased with a laptop computer are excluded from this policy.
200 Free texts on 12M Panther tariffs:
Customers connecting to a 12-month contract on any Panther tariff receive their usual minutes & texts combination (Panther £50 - 900 mins + 400 texts, Panther £60 - 1200 mins + 500 texts, Panther £80 - 1800 mins + 500 texts) plus 200 extra texts every month. After first month, customer can change to either 200 extra landline minutes or 200 extra Orange-to-Orange minutes per month. Customers can change their optional extra via the 'Your Account' section within Orange web portal (www.orange.co.uk/youraccount/). Terms apply.
