The new kid on the BlackBerry block has arrived, another swanky smartphone with superior innards. The Pearl 9105’s first act of rebellion was to ditch the traditional QWERTY keyboard, and replace it with a numerical pad instead providing the somewhat old school ground for true speed texting.

If you liked the original Pearl you’ll love the Pearl 3G, it keeps the same bar form, but packs far more impressive technology from the snazzy BlackBerry OS 5.0 through to better email and message communications and more media treats than you can shake a stick at.
The camera packs 3.2mp while the media player supports not only BlackBerry programs, but iTunes and Windows player too. Blackberry App World also has loads of stuff on offer and with 32GB available via microSD, there’s plenty of room to get ‘app happy’.
