Excellent I have a I phone but got the Samsung galaxy 11 it is twice as fast on the Internet the apps are just as good the battery life last longer the camera is better I would recommend this phone to any body it brilliant 15 December 2012
All in all it's a brilliant phone. Easy to use phone. Top features. Good battery life. Front camera, very low quality so disappointed in that. Could do with higher memory though. 4 stars. 08 December 2012

poor battery life I love everything about this phone apart from the battery life. Not only does the battery life drain quickly but it takes ages to charge to 100%. My plan is to buy a spare battery to use just incase 24 November 2012

Brilliant phone I have just upgraded to this phone and it is great. I'm not very technical minded but I can use it easily enough. It has a good camera, the only down side is the battery life but I suppose that is used quickly because of everything the phone can do! 13 November 2012

Hello Wiggman

The Samsung Galaxy S II has fantastically fast mobile data access. Any contract package that has a data allowance would allow you to access the internet while your out and about. The bit your looking for on a package is where its states "includes 100MB/250MB/500MB etc"

as a rough guide

500MB is around 300 web pages per day every day.

I have an ipod so loads of music on itunes on my pc but would like to carry around only a phone instead of ipod & phone. Just wondered how easy it is to transfer music onto it.

Hello MrsGs3

The Samsung Galaxy S II is an android phone so has a few very simple and easy to use methods of moving data or music to and from the phone.

The Handset will connect to your Itunes software allowing you to move your songs across. The galaxy s2 however is whats known as "drag and drop" so when you connect it to a PC or laptop the handset will show up in the same way as a CD or Hard Drive would etc. allowing you to easily copy music, videos or any other file over to the phone simply by dragging the files you want to the folder.

I would like to have some sort of insurance to go with it and I can not figure out how to get the insurance. The page on the website just tells you that you should have some. It does not tell you if you offer it and if so how to buy it!
