good fast and worth the money it worth the money it good and fast i would by it if it was 400 pound if your read thiss then you should by thiss BlackBerry Torch 9810 White so what you wait for by it 07 May 2012
Poor phone...not happy at all Switched from an iphone to blackberry as was told that they were very good phones... not impressed at all and have to say i'm severely disappointed. The phone itself is attractive but there are barely any apps that are available for Blackberry so the majority of what i had before has had to go. The mail setup which claims to be incredibly easy is rubbish, i used to be able to view my mailbox in it's entirety and now i can only see the inbox i can't view any extrernal folders or older e-mail as and when i need to. Want to go back to iphone as soon as possible but unfortunatley i am stuck with it for another 18 mths. 07 May 2012
rubbish battery I love this fone and how it has touch screen as well as keypad but the batterey is usuless! As for features it has everything I need and easily accesible, sometimes my phone has a slight delay too 01 May 2012
fantastic slick phone! features are smart and colour is awsome. Fantastic phone all round, internet is getting better on the blackberry's but it doesn't beat the internet experience you get from an iphone - that is the only downside other than that the phone is marvellous! Better looking than the iphone! 18 April 2012
My daughter is very happy wilth her new phone my daughter is very happy wilth the phone she has, it was the one she wanted for her upgrade. T Mobile werent upgrading to this phone, the company messed me about and went to Phones 4 u.... I highly recommend them - TO ANYONE. Thier customer services are brill, 16 April 2012
Unreliable, but looks good! Love the optional touchscreen and keypad system! The phone looks great, especially in white - which is why I chose it, apart from the fact the paint scratches off easily, so I'd advise a phone case if you are prone to dropping things! The battery life is the worst thing about this phone. Have to charge every single night, otherwise it will die on you after 1 and a half days of useage. The phone freezes A LOT, usually requiring a re-start - which means experiencing the struggle of taking the battery out of the back!! (Does anyone else struggle with this?!) When opening up a new text message, you need to scroll through loads of messages to get to the newest one, but is this just Blackberry in general I wonder? Lots of icons appear often on the home screen for no reason and are usually impossible to get rid of, such as the "new message" icon of the envelope, yet there's actually no new message?!? ...Bizarre. Overall, not a great reliable phone whatsoever, but looks nice. Cannot wait until my contract ends and I can try out the iPhone! 10 April 2012
The product looks great This is a great phone. Looks good and easy to use. Only down side is the battery life, really doesnt last long at all. Would recommend to someone else. 06 April 2012
brilliant!!! I had the 9800 before this one and its the best blackberry going I think. The features on the phone are great the style of the phone is eye catching!! 02 April 2012
excellent phone. very happy :) Got everything on this phone. Battery brilliant, easy to use, fantastic looking ! Overall very happy with this phone ! Go blackberry ! Recommend !!!!! 02 April 2012

Hello Chloe

The handset has an RRP of around £360 for the phone only but we currently only stock the handset contract only where you can get the handset free from around £20.50 per month.

I hope this helps

Answer:
Hello Brees

Any tariff that states "Blackberry" in the name, or says "&Blackberry" or "Blackberry Email" in the promotional offer section of the deal will have full Blackberry services included and would not cost extra to use BBM.

for eg

Orange Dolphin BlackBerry 20.50 - 24 Months

O2 500MB BlackBerry 100 - 24 Months

Vodafone Your Plan BlackBerry 26 - 24 Months

These all have "Blackberry" in the tariff name, so have full BB services included.

I hope this helps

Answer:
It does depend on the network. 02, Orange and Vodafone only offer a maximum of 1gb per month. However this is a considerable amount (around 900-1200 webpages per day every day each month). T-mobile are the only network offering unlimited data. However one thing to note is that Blackberry's do use up to 30% less data than any other handset.

BlackBerry continue their touchy-typey adventures with the BlackBerry Torch 9810, the second in the Torch series but the first to run BlackBerry's snazzy new operating system OS7. Featuring an expansive 3.7" display, this 'Berry puts paid to the idea that RIM kit is no good at the old multimedia stuff as the resplendent screen is just the ticket for watching back media content.

There'll be no lag with this stylish smartphone as it's powered by a 1.2GHz processor, meaning that you can view webpages, check emails and use that useful BlackBerry Messenger thing they chuck in, without any mither. Digital demons will be pleased that connectivity options haven't been an afterthought either - there's a built in web browser, Wi-Fi support, and 4GB of internal storage.
