The inbuilt Siri application is one of the best voice recognition service at the moment as it uses Responses from Apples' servers therefore offering new responses and answers to questions. Does everything I wanted well and more...... This is my first smartphone and I have to say I am hugely impressed. I still don't get all the social media stuff and the constant need to check your phone but you can have everything you are interested in at your fingertips. In my case this includes a relatively large music collection, emails (both personal and work#, magazines and newspapers and an app to find the nearest toilet #for young children). There are many other things as well, but I hope this gives an indication of the diversity available. The constant need to top up the battery can be annoying but switching off mobile data makes it last longer! 10 June 2013

This Product Is A Good Phone To Have, But The Battery Life On The Handset Doesn't Last Long, That's The Only Downfall. I Was So Pleased With The Service I Received From Phones4u, And Was Happy With The Handset. I Would Be Recommending Phones4u And The Iphone. Very Happy Customer 25 April 2013
Unbiase review I having not been a great fan of Apple products (due to cost and other issues) found this to be all the hype and more, software is as advertised and the abilty to download apps from Google as well as App Store, made using the phone a well worth and valued item, though I use it for pleasure the business aspects are not as god as say Windows or Andriod if this side could be addressed the phone would be a real money maker. 20 April 2013

My overall so far I have had this phone for 2weeks now! The apps are good and its easy to use phone! The battery life is ok! I would say put your phone in airplane mode whilst at work an when u go sleep to save the battery whilst charging! Music and sound on the phone is quality! Camera is brilliant, keyboard is great so easy to type! Always make sure u back up your phone and save everything just incase any of little ones (children) get hold of it and decide to delete apps... My mistake which why to have a password lol!! But yeah love this phone is brilliant would recommend to anyone who wants one! :) i prefer iphone4s to the 5 :) 03 April 2013

That's a great question Justin318, with all the data and wifi adverts around, its hard to know exactly what it all means. I will try to explain how it all works.

"Data" Allowances:

If a package states it comes with "data" this is only used when you are using the handsets mobile internet. Sometimes called 3g or WAP etc.

WIFI:

There are a few different types of WIFI and they can be a bit confusing knowing which is which.

Home WIFI:

If you have a BT homehub, Skybroadband, Virgin Media Internet or other type of broadband internet service that comes with a "wireless router" you can connect any compatible handset to this and use your home internet allowance. this is usually considered "unlimited" and comes as standard with all compatible phones. this is not part of your package, just a feature of your phone.

"&WiFi"

When a package states "&WiFi" it is referring to what is known as "cloud" WiFi services, there are two main types of cloud services. The "&WiFi" always means BT openzone WiFi, please visit the BT website or contact your network for a list of Hotspots in your area.

Internet data is a tricky subject and if your not familiar with all the terms and what to look for, i will try to explain what your looking for on a deal.

Data

Any tariff that states "Data" or says something like 500MB Data included, 1GIG of data etc all has mobile internet included.

500MB of data

This is around 300 web pages per day every day, that's around 9,000 web pages per month of internet use.

Home WiFi

If you have a BT home hub, Virgin Media, Sky Broadband or other home internet provider that gives you a "Wireless router" then your Iphone can connect wirelessly to this without using your mobile data allowance. this is not part of your contract, just a feature of your handset.

Tethering is at network discretion and tethering data is usually added separately to a deal. please contact your network for their tethering options and allowances.

So it says 500MB is included, but is that only for the first 3months on the promotion Vodafone Test Drive. How much does it cost after that date?

Or Does it mean that it's set at 500MB for the full 24 month contract and the 3 months promotional is unlimited, it not explained very well.

You get 500MB per month for all 24 months with that vodaphone plan, and the test data promo offers unlimited data for the first 3 months ontop of that.

On the 02 network retrieving answer phone messages is included in the minutes. the 12p noted on the call charges is if you're outside of the inclusive mins.

If the tariff says WiFi in the Special Offer box it means it includes access to the BT openzone wireless hotspot network. When an offer says Web Exclusive this means that it is only available to order this tariff online.
