Thats a good question,

We get alot of questions about the bill credit deals and how they work etc, so ill explain it in full.

The bill credit is already calculated in the tariff price stated and lasts for the full 24 months of the package, after the 24 months the price would revert back to its full amount.

So for eg;

"Orange Panther 36-24 £7.50 bill credit £28.50" Should retail at the standard price of £36 per month for 24 months. But Instead you just pay £28.50 per month. This saves you £7.50 per month on your bill.

No need to claim

The discount is already applied to your bill, so you don't have to claim it back or anything like that. its just a direct discount meaning that you would only pay £28.50 per month for the tariff.
