HTC One X White 4.6 5 81 81

The device is great, but HTC Support is shocking The One X is a great device, but my battery has always been very warm, and recently my One X failed to charge. I have sent it to HTC, and HTC have advised a faulty battery is not covered by warranty and wish to charge Â£179 to replace it. I will be avoiding HTC in future. 24 October 2012

phone great not so happy with contract was sold at Â£28 per month including vat but very anoyed when bill came and vat was charged aswell. made apoint of asking when contract was taken out as this has happened to me before with orange. 02 October 2012

An absolute corker The good bits - IT'S FAST. After having a Wildfire for 2 years, this is FAST. It hasn't lagged or hung once. Just the same features, and loads more besides, but also better laid out this time. Cracking camera, bigger screen, better shortcuts, and good battery life. I've made the battery last 2 days by being active with switching off WiFi, Bluetooth and 3G when not in use. The bad bits - SatNav can be unreliable, ie won't find your position at all some times. Very frustrating! Oh, and it's big in your pocket! Er, that's it! I would recommend it. (Way better than an iPhone!) 01 October 2012

Sim card problem Had phone for 2 months...all of a sudden won't detect sim card. Tried everything with no luck. ill have to replace now. Phone has nice features but obviously there are some reliability issues with sim slot. Battery life could be better as well. No removable battery either. 21 September 2012

Awesome phone. Looks great, functionally sound but battery isnt amazing I would recommend this phone for those looking for a smartphone, but don't want to pay higher monthly tariffs to get a Galaxy S3 or iPhone. It has all of the functionality of a S3 but just doesn't have the battery life. It is a great looking phone, the screen is large and clear and the camera fulfills the hype. The voice recognition software is incredible also. Having used Android for a while now, I would say to those who are concerned at using it rather iOS, dont be. With it coming with the latest version of Android it really does run quickly and all the latest features work smoothly (unlike iOS 6 it seems). Go for this phone. I have no concerns with mine, which is probably a first for me. 21 September 2012

Dissapointed by memory I bought this phone thinking I was getting one with 32gb internal memory as originally stated on the website. When I recieved it I discovered it only had 16gb. after complaining I was told they only make them in 16gb even though the HTC site also states it as 32gb as do O2. Phones4u are now changing it over to the Samsung S3. This is the only issue I found with the phone so far. If it wasnt for this issue I would have kept the phone. So if your happy to be stuck with 16gb and no micro SD card slot then certainly worth purchasing. 18 September 2012

Brilliant Phone I totally enjoy the experience i get everytime i pick up my One X, the speed on multi-tasking and opening apps is pretty good. Vivd colour and a bright display allow for excellent quality when playing games or watching a movie. The camera quality is pretty good aswell, with the 8MP pictures are clear and crisp. The only downside i have experienced so far is the battery life. I would not say its bad but with a micro sim and no expandable memory slot i thought it would give it an edge in relation to the battery life but no big improvement. 05 September 2012

Great phone but has its problems The phone is great to look at really sleek and pretty, its app store on google play is great, the speed is amazing and the camera- WOW. I do love the phone apart from its battery life as can be expected from a smartphone, it wears off pretty easy. Unfortunately I downloaded a system update the other day and now the phone has refused to let me on any of my games and apps, and switches itself off. Hoping to get this sorted soon because I do genuinely like the phone very much. 01 September 2012

Great usability By far the best mobile currently on the market. The speed and reliability of moving from screen to screen and accessing applications is a real plus point. 31 August 2012
