An Awesome Multimedia Phone I use this phone primarily for its Camera and occasional gaming and this phone is awesome for those purposes. Other call and messaging features are way better than Samsung phones (SIII and SII). Battery life isnt that great though with no interchangeable battery and no external storage can become a problem. 11 September 2012

Great features but having issues with the speaker that works intermittently. The phone came in good condition; it is very slim and resembles everything that is expected from a top of the range smartphone. It is a good price as the total value of the contract equals the value of the phone, watching sky sports on the panther plan is also a great bonus. The phone is also super-fast with a brilliant 8 Meg camera However I have had some issues with the speaker, it works for a while and then stops. I phoned HTC and they said it could be a possible hardware problem. The speaker has been working for the last couple of days so I will wait a bit more before requesting a replacement. 06 September 2012

told was a good phone my reviews are bad gt the first phone 15th of august lasted a week so gt a exchange when opened it was downloading something and wouldnt let me connect to internet at all so got to send back again for another replacment wont pick htc next time 06 September 2012

great phone, so easy to use. never really been into phones but upgrade was due so went for this one.So far been excellent, easy to use and lots of good features. Much better than my wifes iphone. 06 September 2012

Excellent smart phone This phone is so quick compared to my last Samsung smart phone. It has sat nav built in and an excellent camera. Very easy to set up and use. HTC is a great brand. 05 September 2012

Great phone This is a great phone. The cameras great and does the multi picture thing. Easy to use, looks good, nice slim phone. I'd recommend it. Battery life better than previous HTC, but still needs regular re-charing, but I think that's the same with any smart phone. 31 August 2012

Great looks, some key faults As most people, on receiving the HTC One S I was ecstatic. Such a slick and beautiful phone and the screen is fantastic! Unfortunately it just went down from here. Within a few days we noticed that the reception was very poor even compared to swapping the same sim out to another phone. It is so poor that you can hear the difference in the bad line when making or receiving a call and this only when there is enough reception to make at least one signal bar... It should be said that by reading some blogs with other users having the same problem we found that by switching the 3G off, the reception significantly improvesâ€¦ The phone was eventually returned and a new one send out. Same problems. :â€™( I decided to leave it like this with my work-around (turning off the 3G when not required) for a few months to see if an update comes out and the situation improves. Then a new problem emerged. Started noticing the screen jumping (on itâ€™s own) to the home (multiple screen a.k.a helicopter view) and back as if the home button is being pressed. This got worse and worse and is now at the point where we cannot use the phone as it almost constantly jumps around. Off course I have been in contact with HTC about this and the problem is still outstanding, they have suggested; we reboot the phone, we clear the cache, reset to factory, and asked a multitude of question, but to no avail.
