Good but a few downs. Very good, easy to use, lovely design, great features, passable price, but heres the downs. The phone freezes alot not much though when you have your bussiness running. ( not as much as the other blackberrys ) Could be better apps. The battery life could be a bit better. I was a Samsung user but i heard all the bad things about blackberry phones and i had to try one to see if they were true for myself. And 3/4 of them are not true. And the screen is a deadon size I would greatfully recommend this phone to anyone at any age. 02 February 2013
Easy to use and good socializing features I love how they have bbm because it is very easy to use and most of my friends have blackberrys so I thought I should get one because my iphone 2g was broken. I love how easy it is but if you have never had a blackberry before the keyboard can be very hard but you will soon learn how to get it right. Facebook is easy to open up and I dont really know what else to say, it is a very good phone and I will give it 5 stars. 13 January 2013

I Love This Phone I recently bought this phone cause i was desperate for a new one my recommended it and i wasn't sure but in the end i bought it and fell in love the rumors were freezing and ive had mine for a while now it hasn't frozen once i love t its amazing 28 October 2012

Quality This phone is very bad, it's made out of some cheap plastic, the resolution is BAD and the screen looks like its going to come off, the camera is BAD, and it makes to much noise with the buttons soo would not recommend this phone. 16 September 2012
A great smartphone I think it is a very good smart phone. It can be a little slow even if you have lots on signal. But i hope that is not stopping you getting it. I would recommend it is a great handy phone. You hardly need a laptop as this phone is one. 19 August 2012
