Dreadful This is the worst phone I've ever had. The 1st handset I had 'Bricked' and had to be replaced. My current handset is over 12 months old now and I can honestly say I'm ready to take a baseball bat to it. The main issue I have is that the signal is terrible. I have updated to the latest operating system but still no difference. The internet is a wash with similar 9900 Bold horror stories. It has no signal even in strong signal areas and the only way I can get it to pick the signal up again is to take the battery out #I'm doing this 3 or 4 times a day#. Obviously a Phone with poor signal is a major issue so I will be replacing it before my contract has finished. 06 March 2013
this product has great battery life I have had quite a few blackberries but the bold 9900 beats them all by far! I'm totally happy with my mobile now and I couldn't ask for a better service. The multi-touch screen helps so much aswell. If your having doubts, don't worry the bold 9900 won't let you down! 09 December 2012
this product is poor This phone less than a mounth ago yet it has already lost all the data on my phone. It constently frezes,the battery life is poor and the alarm does not go off on time i would not recommend this phone to anyone. :( 22 November 2012
This mobile is very easy to use I found this mobile quiet easy to use, the only problem i have is the buttons are a bit small for my fingers and that it has taken me a while to get used to the predictive text. Pleased with the flash and camera and easy to access internet. The battery life isn't great. 15 November 2012
It's a great looking phone and easy to use This is my first Blackberry and I'm very impressed. It feels good to hold and looks great, especially in white. I love the touch screen with the qwerty keyboard it's so easy to use. I'd dfeinitely recommend it to my friends. 14 November 2012

Unreliable! Bought this phone for Christmas for my daughter and all she does is complain about the way the phone works.the phone is slow plays music on its own rings people on it own ,changes settings on its own,alarm doesn't go off sometimes and that's just a few to name,she knows others with this phone and they have said exactly the same.im guessing their is a fault on these phones for hers to not be the only one! 06 November 2012

Does the £5 bill credit mean each month (e.g 18 x £5 = £90), or a single credit of £5? and also the "Double yor money" does it mean my account will be credited with £60 on top of the bill credit?

Bill credit's are for the life of the contract, the "Double your money" offer will credit you £60 onto your bill in the second month in addition to your bill credit.

Bill credit's are for the life of the contract, this is done automatically, so no need for redemption or anything like that.

Thats a great question steffetc, sometimes its really hard to tell if a package comes with the Blackberry services or not. I will try to explain what to look for.

Any package that has "Blackberry" in the tarrif name, or that says "data & Blackberry" will have full Blackberry services included so will come with free BBM.

for eg all the following tariffs have full Blackberry services because it says Blackberry in the tariff name

O2 500MB Bonus BlackBerry 200 - 24 Months

Orange Panther BlackBerry 25 - 24 Month

Vodafone Your Plan BlackBerry MI 26 - 24 Months

So just check out the tariff name, and that should let you know.
