bbm is good bbm is goode i It has good speakers for listening to music. It lets me down load my music fast, which I like. It has a very good battery life and charges quickly. I would get another one when I am looking to buy a new mobile phone. 08 June 2012
This product has great features which are easy to use and very useful. ive had my blackberry for 6months, it has been good but freezes regularly. I got it last December and have had no major problems. Recently, my TrackPad has been freezing, but now it has fully broken. This phone can be very unreliable but is good for those who regularlly need to use there phone as there are a variety of apps to choose from. 05 June 2012
Excellent phone I've only had this phone just over 2 weeks but I really love it! It's easy to use once you get the hang of it, and being a first time blackberry user does take a little while. Battery isn't too bad as long as you close all apps and the screen is good and bright. The only thing im dissapointed with is the camera - i went from a SE c905 8megapixel camera to 2megapixel and it will take a while to get used to. Other than that the phone is excellent, looks expensive and i will definitely be happy with it for a long time. 28 May 2012
Update the phone so it won't freeze If u won't the best out of this fone then go to the blackberry website and go onto the bit that says update blackberry to OS7 so it won't freeze!!!Yay 07 May 2012
Average.. I got this phone May 2011. The scroller broke early Sept 2011, haven't got it replaced. The phone also turns itself on and off, screen smashed.. I loved this phone, easy socialising, easy to use! but it breaks easy :( 31 March 2012

Answer:
Hello davids

The Blackberry Curve 9300 3g should come with headphones, a data cable and a charger in the box.

Blackberry services must be purchased from your network for around £5 per month from your credit. This usually includes full Blackberry Services and internet. Please contact your chosen network to set this up once your handset has arrived.

Answer:
Yes this will come out of your credit, however to access the internet via a blackberry you will need blackberry services. However depending on how much you top up each month the network may give this free depending on your tariff. Please contact the network to discuss this.

Answer:
You could swap sim cards so you that you use your old sim in the handset, and add blackberry services (BBM, email etc) to your current tariff by calling your network. The sim card with blackberry services would have to be in the handset though.

Usually when setting up BBM, it will come out of your credit on the phone. To get a definite answer you would be best calling the network direct to find out how they operate their Blackberry Services payments.
