good but has its faults good phone with good features but mine kept freezing and turning off when fully charged so took it to store who told me its a major software fault so it has been sent to Nokia for 3 weeks to get repaired so stuck with really basic phone but other then that its a good phone 10 June 2013

good and bad good: very good phone, easy to use and operate camera is excellent, brilliant pictures, especially on the move great range of apps, both paid and free great for texting, emailing, surfing the internet and calling no signal issues, good service everyhwere (vodafone) bad: wish you were able to turn off auto-rotate only issue with the phone is the battery :( doesn't last a whole day and my nokia has had to be sent off repair due to battery problems :( 01 March 2013

only two moneths and broke! i got this phone two months ago. it will no longer charge and has had to be sent off. however hones 4 u store where i brought it from advised me to go to a phone repair shop and pay to get it done, opposed to them sending it off under manufacters warrenty. disapointing phone, brill, when it works, even more disapointing customer service phones 4U attempted to provide me with. i now have no phone for the up to a month! and possiably a large bill for repairing or buying a new phone! 01 March 2013

Great for the price This phone is outstanding for the price. It`s fast, easy to use, and the camera is perfect if you love taking snapshots everywhere. Downside is that it has no micro-sd which means if you have music from an sd card you want to keep, you won`t be able to. However nokia music does make up for this in a huge way. I would recommend this to people my age as it has all the things a person my age would need 26 January 2013

Julija I got nokia lumia 800 for my 16th birthday. I am in love with phone, its easy to use and really fast. All other phones i ever had got broken after a week. I got this phone for few weeks now and its the same was it was the first when i got it. If u want to buy a phone buy nokia lumia they are so much better then ipones :)/ 16 January 2013

best phone ever! There is only one word to describe this beautiful beast of a phone: BEST! When I first looked at the phone , I thought the design is sooo good, how can a pretty thing be a beast inside? That's where I was proved wrong by the best phone company ever, Nokia, all my phones so far have been Nokia's! My first one was Nokia 6300 Second one was Nokia X2 Now I have the Nokia Lumia 800! If anybody wants to get a unbelievable phone, without the ridiculous prices of I phones and Samsung galaxy's and HTC One's! Buy the Lumia Range! Keep it up, my next phone will be the latest Lumia when it is time to upgrade! keep it up Nokia! I use my phone for: Personal, gaming calling texting e-mailing etc. Yes, I recommend this product. 13 January 2013

if you wear glasses or have difficulty reading very small type, this phone is not for you its a brilliant little phone, my first smart phone and as such was impressed with what it had to offer, BUT there is no way that you can change the screen font on the e.g. phone contacts page which is a major disappointment cant say id easily recommend it except to youngsters 07 January 2013

Best phone ever! I have had this phone for over a year now and I would have no other operating system apart from windows phone. Its so fluid and easy to use and just looks amazing. The phone is basically shatter proof and very reliable. 02 January 2013

Bad music Had this phone over a year it has bad battery life and cant have ring tunes music set as ringtones, very disappointed with nokia with this phone, seemed to freeze a lot. Plus battery in a sealed format so if you wanted to clean it or change it you cant!! Wont be using again Nokia Illumia 09 December 2012

Love my lumia I bought this Lumia after my nokia n900 broke and I loved it from the minute I got it. I did a lot of research before I bought it and am more than impressed with it so far. The battery lasts for a whole day and I use my phone a lot and the camera quality is excellent. The live tiles are also a great feature of the phone and I like that my emails are synced so I can see my messages on the go. I also love the fact that I can get loads of apps and games for this phone (for free). Another great feature is the fact that I can switch between texts, facebook chat and msn instantly in one thread. I would recommend (and have been recommending) this phone since I got it! 05 November 2012

My internet doesn't work In public places, Even When Data Roaming is turned on??

I have tried everything, I'm very angry. 3G Is turned on, Data Roaming Is turned on but It still says stuff like check WiFi etc. It really makes this phone hard to love.
