T-Mobile Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions apply. Inclusive minutes apply to calls UK mobile networks, UK local & national numbers. Calls to national & local toll rates (eg to 0845,0870) numbers are not included. Free voicemail when using T-Mobile in the UK. WAP calls are not included in the free minute allowance. Text Message charges are for the UK only and exclude multimedia messages. Text packs do not apply to group text, text chat, text play or text game messaging. T-Mobile are unable to move you to a price plan with a lower monthly charge, within the first 11 months of your 12 month contract, or within the first 17 months of your 18 month contract.
Double your credit - Top up £15 & we'll double it with £15 free credit to spend the following week:
If you are a pay as you go customer, you can opt in to Top Up & Stretch 15 by texting STRETCH 15 to 441. We'll send you a text to let you know when it has worked. To qualify for your £15 free promotional credit, successfully top up at least £15 between one minute in the morning on Monday and midnight on Sunday. We'll send you a text to let you know when you've done it. Your promotional credit can be used for calls and texts from the UK to the customers of UK mobile networks and to local and national numbers starting 01, 02 or 03 (excluding Jersey Guernsey and the Isle of Man). It can also be used for picture messages from the UK to customers of UK mobile networks too. Providing you have stayed a member of Top Up & Stretch 15 throughout the week, we'll add your promotional credit to your account at one minute in the morning on Monday in the following week. You have until midnight that Sunday to use it, or you lose it. During that week your promotional credit will be used first, then your regular top-up credit. We'll send you a text once you have used up your promotional credit. We reserve the right to close opt ins to Top Up & Stretch 15 at any time. We will give you reasonable notice if we decide to bring Top Up & Stretch 15 to an end. We're afraid that you can only be part of one of the following at any time: Top Up & Stretch 15, Top Up & Stretch 10 or Top Up Friday. If you try to opt in to more than one offer, you'll be a member of the last offer that you successfully opted in to. You can opt out of Top Up & Stretch 15 at anytime by texting 'STRETCH 15 STOP' to 441.
20p per min calls for first 2 mins then 10p per min for the remainder of that day:
It will cost you 20p per minute for the first 2 minutes of calls you make in one day to UK mobile networks and numbers starting with 01, 02, 03 (excluding Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man). After that, you'll pay 10p per minute for those calls, so the total cost of your calls depends on how long you call for. A day is counted midnight to midnight. Remember that there is always a one minute minimum call charge. You can text other UK mobile networks, 01, 02 and 03 numbers (excluding Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man) for 10p per text. Unlimited Internet browsing - Web 'n' Walk (bundled up with Flext Tariffs only)
The Flext + web 'n' walk price plans are subject to a minimum term contact and credit check. Compatible handset required. Fair use policy applies: The Web 'n' Walk option and Flext + web 'n' walk price plans provide unlimited internet surfing on mobile handsets in the UK. To ensure a high quality of service for all our customers, they are not to be used for other activities such as (but not limited to): modem access for computers, internet based video/audio streaming services, peer to peer file sharing, internet based video download and internet based telephony. If such use is detected, notice may be given, after which network protection controls may be applied which will result in a reduced speed of transmission.
Flext from T-Mobile:
Allowance each month can be used on a combination of minutes, texts or picture messages. Minutes are for local and national calls, and for calls to the customers of any UK mobile network (20p/min) and for calls to retrieve voicemail in the UK (12p/min). Texts are for texts from the UK to the customers of any UK mobile network (10p). Unlimited texts - Combi tariffs:
Fair usage applies. Join Combi 30, 35 or 40 by visiting any Phones 4u before 31st August 2008 and you'll get free unlimited texts . The free texts are the same type as your inclusive ones. You may lose your free texts if you move, renew or upgrade your plan. All Combi Tariffs: You'll have to promise to stay with us for 18 months and pass our standard credit check. Inclusive minutes and texts are from the UK to all UK mobiles and numbers starting with 01, 02 or 03 at any time. This doesn't cover Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
FREE weekend credit on pay as you go (top up £10 & we'll stretch it to £20):
Customers can opt in to Top Up & Stretch by texting STRETCH to 441. To qualify for your £10 free promotional credit, successfully top up at least £10 between one minute in the morning on Monday & midnight on Friday. You will need to stay a member of Top Up & Stretch throughout the week to get your promotional credit that weekend. Promotional credit can be used for calls & texts from the UK to UK mobiles & local and national numbers starting 01, 02 or 03 (excluding Jersey Guernsey & the Isle of Man). It can also be used for picture messages from the UK to UK mobiles. Promotional credit will be added to your account at one minute in the morning that Saturday. You have until midnight that Sunday to use it, or you lose it. Promotional credit will be used . rst, then any GET MORE bonus credit you may have, and then your regular top-up credit. Network Migration Policy
T-Mobile Customers connecting to an 12 month contract cannot downwardly migrate for 11 months.
T-Mobile Customers connecting to an 18 month contract cannot downwardly migrate for 17 months.
